Returns & exchanges

NeNe & Bop will gladly exchange or refund the cost of any product that is delivered to you in a damaged or defective state.

We will not, however, exchange or provide refunds should you change your mind about a purchase.

To return a product for a replacement or receive a refund, buyers must contact NeNe & Bop within 7 days and return the product within 14 days of its delivery.

Due to the nature of the design work, NeNe & Bop do not accept the cancellation of personalised or custom orders. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning any damaged or defective items. On receipt of the item, NeNe & Bop will refund these costs to the buyer.
